People present with many different symptoms, however the ones that I see the most of are gastrointestinal related i.e. bloating, constipation/diarrhoea, flatulence, indigestion and stomach cramps. Other common symptoms such as; feeling flat, low mood, exhausted, gaining a second wind of a night time, poor sleep or difficulty falling or staying asleep are also very common.
All of these common symptoms indicate an imbalance in the body and all are easily corrected with food and lifestyle modifications.
