Vanilla Protein Balls
Protein balls are becoming an extremely popular snack choice, however it is important to find ones that are low in sugar and made using more natural ingredients. If you are lactose/dairy intolerant make sure you look out for protein balls made on a protein powder that is not whey based.
These protein balls are simple and easy to make and you can swap and change the nuts and seeds used to create different flavours.
