- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp raw honey

Instructions
- Chop capsicum, sprouts and onion to your liking.
- Add salad leaves to a bowl and add the other salad ingredients and lightly toss.
- Add chickpeas, tuna and avocado.
- Mix all dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
- Enjoy.
