Slow Cooker Balsamic and Ginger Chicken Legs
A great meal when you are time poor that requires very little ingredients and time. Balsamic and ginger go very well together that you will never look back!

chicken legs
1/2
cup
balsamic vinegar

tbsp
soy sauce/ tamari
1
tbsp
fresh ginger
grated
Instructions
Add chicken legs to your slow cooker.
Pour over balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
Grate some fresh ginger and sprinkle it over the chicken legs.
Put slow cooker on ‘low’ for 8 hours.
Serve with your choice of vegetables or salad.
