Slow Cooker Balsamic and Ginger Chicken Legs

- 8 chicken legs
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce/ tamari
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated

Instructions
- Add chicken legs to your slow cooker.
- Pour over balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
- Grate some fresh ginger and sprinkle it over the chicken legs.
- Put slow cooker on ‘low’ for 8 hours.
- Serve with your choice of vegetables or salad.
