Savoury Mince
A quick recipe where you can use any vegetables you like even frozen ones without losing flavour.

Ingredients

turkey mince

coconut or olive oil

coconut cream

Instructions
Add oil to a wok or fry pan on medium heat.
Once hot add turkey mince and cook for about 10 minutes until turkey is almost cooked.
In the meantime chop Brussels sprouts and capsicum and finely dice onion.
Add to wok and continue to cook for about 10 minutes until vegetables start to get soft.
Add tomato paste, coconut cream and soy sauce and mix through well.
Drain and rinse lentils and add.
Allow to heat through for 5 minutes and then serve.
Can serve with some sweet potato mash or cauliflower mash or have on its own.
