Peanut Caramel Ice-Cream Bites
Craving that something sweet after a meal or after dinner. This is perfect! Full of healthy fats and protein and it won’t spike your blood sugar levels.
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined.
  2. Use gladbake and pour into a loaf tray or preferred dish.
  3. Place into the freezer for 4 hours to set.
  4. Remove from freezer and allow to sit for 15 minutes before chopping into bite sized pieces.
  5. Store in freezer.
Recipe Notes
  • You can use any nut/seed butter for this recipe. Almond butter goes nicely 🙂
