Peanut Caramel Ice-Cream Bites
Craving that something sweet after a meal or after dinner. This is perfect! Full of healthy fats and protein and it won’t spike your blood sugar levels.
Ingredients

cup
peanut butter
1
400ml
can coconut milk
1/2
cup
coconut oil – melted
1
tbsp
raw honey or rice malt syrup
optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined.
Use gladbake and pour into a loaf tray or preferred dish.
Place into the freezer for 4 hours to set.
Remove from freezer and allow to sit for 15 minutes before chopping into bite sized pieces.
Store in freezer.
Recipe Notes
You can use any nut/seed butter for this recipe. Almond butter goes nicely 🙂
