Peanut Caramel Ice-Cream Bites

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 400ml can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut oil – melted
- 1 tbsp raw honey or rice malt syrup optional

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Use gladbake and pour into a loaf tray or preferred dish.
- Place into the freezer for 4 hours to set.
- Remove from freezer and allow to sit for 15 minutes before chopping into bite sized pieces.
- Store in freezer.
Recipe Notes
- You can use any nut/seed butter for this recipe. Almond butter goes nicely 🙂
