Papaya Pudding
Papaya contains an enzyme called papain which aids in the breakdown and digestion of tough proteins. Rich in vitamin C and vitamin A, this high antioxidant fruit is enjoyed throughout summer. Papaya does have a strong flavour and it is not enjoyed by everyone, however for those that do enjoy this fruit this simple quick recipe is tasty and refreshing.

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a large bowl or individual serving bowls and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours to thicken up further.
  3. Enjoy.
