Papaya Pudding
Papaya contains an enzyme called papain which aids in the breakdown and digestion of tough proteins. Rich in vitamin C and vitamin A, this high antioxidant fruit is enjoyed throughout summer. Papaya does have a strong flavour and it is not enjoyed by everyone, however for those that do enjoy this fruit this simple quick recipe is tasty and refreshing.

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a large bowl or individual serving bowls and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours to thicken up further.
- Enjoy.
