Muffin Quiches
A great snack to keep you full during the working week where you can use leftovers and be as creative as you want.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease a 12 hole muffin tray.
  3. Using leg ham place a piece into each muffin hole to cover the bottom.
  4. In a bowl whisk eggs and add chopped veggies.
  5. Pour into each muffin hole until full.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and egg is cooked.
  7. Store in fridge.
