Muffin Quiches
A great snack to keep you full during the working week where you can use leftovers and be as creative as you want.
Ingredients

eggs
12
shaved
slices of leg ham
1 1/2
cups
raw/cooked vegies
chopped into small pieces
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Grease a 12 hole muffin tray.
Using leg ham place a piece into each muffin hole to cover the bottom.
In a bowl whisk eggs and add chopped veggies.
Pour into each muffin hole until full.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and egg is cooked.
Store in fridge.
