Lemon and Pepper Snapper
A quick meal for those time poor nights that doesn’t take long to prepare.

Ingredients

snapper fillet

lemon
4
stalks
asparagus
1
small
carrot
3/4
cup
broccoli
1/2
tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place a sheet of alfoil on a baking tray.
Place fish in the middle of the alfoil, crack some black pepper over it.
Cut lemon into a few slices and place on top of fish.
Chop carrot and place next to fish. Do the same with asparagus and broccoli.
Wrap the fish into a parcel in the alfoil.
Place in oven for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
