Lemon and Pepper Snapper
A quick meal for those time poor nights that doesn't take long to prepare.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place a sheet of alfoil on a baking tray.
  3. Place fish in the middle of the alfoil, crack some black pepper over it.
  4. Cut lemon into a few slices and place on top of fish.
  5. Chop carrot and place next to fish. Do the same with asparagus and broccoli.
  6. Wrap the fish into a parcel in the alfoil.
  7. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
