Lemon and Pepper Snapper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Place a sheet of alfoil on a baking tray.
- Place fish in the middle of the alfoil, crack some black pepper over it.
- Cut lemon into a few slices and place on top of fish.
- Chop carrot and place next to fish. Do the same with asparagus and broccoli.
- Wrap the fish into a parcel in the alfoil.
- Place in oven for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
