- 1 banana frozen works best
- 1 handful spinach or 1 tsp green powder
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder plant based preferred
- 1/2 small avocado
- 1 tbsp LSA, nut butter, flaxmeal or chia seeds
