Gooey Chocolate Banana Brownies
Brownies are an extremely popular treat and are often packed full of refined sugars and flours. This version uses bananas to create a lot of the sweetness along with cacao powder as opposed to milk chocolate.
Ingredients

bananas – mashed
1/2
cup
cacao powder
1/3
cup
coconut oil – melted
1/3
cup
almond meal
2
tbsp
xylitol or coconut sugar
1
tsp
baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Mash bananas then mix through all other ingredients until well combined.
Pour into loaf tin and bake in oven for approximately 45 minutes.
Allow brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before removing from tin and slicing.
Brownies should still be soft and a little gooey in consistency.
