Gooey Chocolate Banana Brownies

Ingredients
- 3 bananas – mashed
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil – melted
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 2 tbsp xylitol or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- Mash bananas then mix through all other ingredients until well combined.
- Pour into loaf tin and bake in oven for approximately 45 minutes.
- Allow brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before removing from tin and slicing.
- Brownies should still be soft and a little gooey in consistency.
