French Toast
Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring, you just have to be a bit more creative. I always loved french toast as a kid and enjoy it just as much now.

  1. Using a container of some sort big enough to fit 2 slices of bread in, crack eggs, add milk, vanilla and cinnamon and whisk until well combined.
  2. Add bread and allow to sit on each side for a good 5 minutes to soak up the egg mixture.
  3. Heat frypan on medium heat and add a little coconut oil.
  4. Once hot, carefully placing the egg soaked bread into the pan.
  5. Allow to cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Serve. Sprinkle some additional cinnamon if you like or add some fresh fruit.
