French Toast
Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring, you just have to be a bit more creative. I always loved french toast as a kid and enjoy it just as much now.

Ingredients
2
pieces
bread
wholegrain/mixed grain/wholemeal bread (if GF use a brand you like)
2
eggs
1
tbsp
coconut milk
2
tsp
vanilla essence
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
coconut oil
to cook with
Instructions
Using a container of some sort big enough to fit 2 slices of bread in, crack eggs, add milk, vanilla and cinnamon and whisk until well combined.
Add bread and allow to sit on each side for a good 5 minutes to soak up the egg mixture.
Heat frypan on medium heat and add a little coconut oil.
Once hot, carefully placing the egg soaked bread into the pan.
Allow to cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve. Sprinkle some additional cinnamon if you like or add some fresh fruit.
