French Toast

Instructions
- Using a container of some sort big enough to fit 2 slices of bread in, crack eggs, add milk, vanilla and cinnamon and whisk until well combined.
- Add bread and allow to sit on each side for a good 5 minutes to soak up the egg mixture.
- Heat frypan on medium heat and add a little coconut oil.
- Once hot, carefully placing the egg soaked bread into the pan.
- Allow to cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve. Sprinkle some additional cinnamon if you like or add some fresh fruit.
