Cucumber and Kiwi Fruit Juice
A quick refreshing juice that provides a good dose of vitamin C and antioxidants to keep you going during your busy days as well as fight inflammation. Cucumbers are a great source of vitamin K and B vitamins and together with the addition of fresh lemon your digestive system and skin will love you 🙂

  1. Remove skin from cucumber and chop into smaller pieces and add to blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or store in fridge for 2-3 days.
Recipe Notes
  • Swap kiwi fruit for other fruits (i.e. 2 passionfruit, 1 cup fresh berries etc)
  • Add extra greens (i.e. spinach, Kale)
