Creamy Pumpkin Ice-Cream Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree fresh is best
- 1 can full fat coconut cream
- 1 tbsp raw honey or rice malt syrup optional
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Line a slice tray with baking paper.
- Pour in mixture and place in the freezer to set (approximately 4 hours).
- Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes or as required to soften slightly to be able to cut.
- Store in freezer.
Recipe Notes
- Add more spice depending on your preference. Cinnamon goes nicely too!
