Creamy Mustard Chicken

- Chop green beans, red onion, broccoli, capsicum, and cabbage in bite sized pieces.
- Add to a wok or fry pan on medium heat, add a little olive oil if your pan isn’t non-stick.
- Cook vegetables for about 10 minutes or until they start getting soft. Remove fry pan and set aside while you cook chicken.
- Chop chicken into bite sized pieces, add to wok and brown chicken until cooked through, approx. 10 minutes.
- While chicken is cooking start making your sauce. Add coconut cream, mustard and wholegrain mustard to a small bowl and mix well.
- Once chicken is cooked return vegetables to wok and add sauce. Heat through for another 5 minutes, serve and enjoy.
