Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls really do make a great breakfast if done right. Often you see multiple bananas or different fruits being added which can actually do more harm than good with the amount of sugar they contain. Using 1 banana is plenty in a smoothie bowl and it will give you enough creaminess to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients
- ½ cup canned coconut milk
- 1 banana (frozen is best)
- ¼ avocado (1/2 a small avocado)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 medjool date – optional
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
- Serve with any additional toppings (i.e. homemade granola, nuts and seeds, berries etc.)
