Chocolate Coconut Balls
This recipe has got to be one of the favourite from my E-book and I often make it for group dinners as it is so simple.

Ingredients
½
cup
almond meal

cup
quinoa flakes

desiccated coconut

cacao powder

medjool dates – pitted

tsp
vanilla powder

tbsp
rice malt syrup

tbsp
water
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until mixture is sticking together.
Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
Roll balls in some desiccated coconut if desired.
Recipe Notes
Add 1 tbsp of rum to make rum balls or your favourite liquor to this recipe something extra.
