Chocolate Coconut Balls

Ingredients
- ½ cup almond meal
- ½ cup quinoa flakes
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 5 medjool dates – pitted
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 1 tbsp water

Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until mixture is sticking together.
- Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
- Roll balls in some desiccated coconut if desired.
Recipe Notes
Add 1 tbsp of rum to make rum balls or your favourite liquor to this recipe something extra.
