Chickpea Pizza Base

Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpea flour
- 2 cups filtered water
- 2 tbsp olive or macadamia nut oil
- 2 tbsp dried herbs/spices – optional

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl add flour, water, oil and spices and whisk to combine. Batter will be runny.
- Allow batter to sit for 5-10 minutes, it will thicken up a little more.
- Line 2 pizza trays or baking trays with baking paper and pour half the mixture onto each. Allow mixture to spread out or use a spoon to help spread it out.
- Place in oven for 15 minutes to allow base to cook.
- Remove from oven, top with your choice of toppings and place back in for a further 15 minutes to cook toppings.
- Serve and enjoy.
