Cherry Coconut and Almond Delight Chocolates

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup coconut syrup or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or, ½ tsp vanilla powder
- Good crack of Himalayan salt

- 2 tbsp chopped cherries
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Almond Delight
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp flakes almonds

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan on a very low heat and mix until combined. Do not allow the mixture to get too hot, just warm enough for all ingredients to mix well together (5 mins).
- Lightly grease ice cube trays with a little oil or use chocolate moulds and pour in chocolate mixture.
- Place in freezer for 1 hour to allow to set. Store in fridge or freezer for easily up to 2 weeks, if it lasts that long.
Recipe Notes
I used ice cube trays and this mixture made approximately 14-16 little chocolates.
