Caramel Banana Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowls have been popular on social media and in health food cafes for some time now and a refreshing bowl of banana ‘nice cream’ is actually really nice. I see smoothie bowls all over Instagram and often 3-4 bananas are used at one time and consumed in that one sitting! 1 banana is plenty to create a smoothie bowl and is still really filling.

  1. Blend all ingredients together until thick and creamy. Serve with your choice of toppings i.e. raw nuts and seeds, cacao nibs, goji berries, shredded coconut etc.
