Apple and Banana Breakfast Squares
A lot of us are time poor and do not have much time in the morning to make breakfast. These breakfast squares are perfect for on the go and can be made in advance. They also make a great snack too and keep well in the fridge for the week.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a slice tray with baking paper.
  2. Place oats into a blender and process until a flour is formed.
  3. Pour into a bowl and add coconut flour, baking powder, vanilla powder and cinnamon.
  4. In a separate bowl combine grated apples, mashed bananas, eggs and coconut oil.
  5. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and mix to combine.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared slice tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until skewer comes out clean.
