  1. Soak oats overnight in a container with milk.
  2. In the morning either mix through spice and top with remaining ingredients and serve cold, otherwise place oats in a small saucepan on medium heat and cook for 5-10 minutes until soft.
  3. Once cooked, mix through spice and serve with nut butter and chia seeds. Add fresh or frozen fruit if desired.
