Ingredients
Porridge
- ½ cup wholegrain oats
- 1 cup plant milk Almond, rice, coconut, cashew, macadamia or oat.
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla powder Or 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- ½ - 1 tsp anti-inflammatory spice
- 1 tbsp protein powder – optional

- 2 tbsp ginger powder
- 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp turmeric

- Soak oats overnight in a container with milk.
- In the morning either mix through spice and top with remaining ingredients and serve cold, otherwise place oats in a small saucepan on medium heat and cook for 5-10 minutes until soft.
- Once cooked, mix through spice and serve with nut butter and chia seeds. Add fresh or frozen fruit if desired.
Anti-Inflammatory Spice Mix
- Mix altogether in a bowl and store in a container.
- Use in smoothies, porridges, pancakes, muffins, cakes, lattes etc
