Vanilla Cupcakes

Posted on September 30th, 2018

Cupcakes are associated with celebrations or treats and often they are loaded with lots of sugar and other nasty ingredients, so why not make them a little healthier.

I see smoothie bowls all over Instagram and often 3-4 bananas are used at one time and consumed in that one sitting! 1 banana is plenty to create a smoothie bowl and is still really filling.
