I love biscuits as a snack especially during the working week as they are super easy to grab on the go. These biscuits are made on chickpea flour which I love to bake with due to its versatility and also because it contains protein and complex carbs to keep me going until my next meal.

Avocadoes have to be one of my favourite foods to eat and I can honestly find a way to utilise avocadoes in almost anything, I love them so much! I do have a bit of a sweet tooth so I like to use ripe avocadoes to make a mousse that I can have as a snack or as a dessert. Raw cacao is extremely high in antioxidants and contains numerous other vitamins and minerals including; magnesium, iron and calcium. It is also a natural mood elevator and anti-depressant.

Nothing beats a cold dessert on a hot evening and panna cotta has to be one of my favourites. This version is dairy free and low in sugar and still tastes great.
