Turmeric’s active ingredient curcumin is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant which has be shown to improve neurological function as well as support nearly all systems in the body.
This healthy milkshake will make summer days more enjoyable plus give you the added benefits of turmeric as well. The addition of black pepper makes the curcumin more accessible and better absorbed in the body.

- 1 cup coconut milk Or preferred nut based milk
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 medjool date Pitted
- Pinch of black pepper

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy.

Optional: Add ¼ tsp ginger or cinnamon or both Add ½ cup nut milk and ½ cup water Add a tsp of raw honey or a little stevia instead of using a date Add a scoop of plant based protein powder to drink as a meal
